1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of beyondlocal.ai and the Beyond Local AI platform, features, content, purchases, and related services. By accessing the services or accepting an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the services.

2. Accounts and security

Account information must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for protecting credentials, limiting access to authorised users, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend credentials or require security changes where needed to protect an account, the platform, or other users.

3. Services, orders, and billing

Service features, campaign scope, location limits, pricing, and billing periods are described on the relevant order, checkout page, or written agreement. An order becomes binding when accepted by us and payment is successfully completed.

Subscription charges recur for the selected billing period until cancelled under the applicable plan terms. Prices may change for future billing periods after notice. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for maintaining a valid payment method.

Third-party payment processors handle payment details. We do not store full card numbers.

SMS communications

If you opt in to SMS, message frequency varies and carrier charges may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Participation is not required to use the services.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the services only lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• access accounts, systems, data, or features without authorisation;
• interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the website or platform;
• upload malicious code or use the services for spam, fraud, or unlawful activity;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent platform restrictions except where expressly permitted; or
• submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

5. Content and intellectual property

The website, platform, software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Beyond Local AI or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended business purpose.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, reproduce, and display that content to provide and improve the services. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to provide it.

Feedback may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

6. Third-party services and links

The platform may connect to Google, analytics providers, listings networks, payment processors, CRMs, and other third-party services. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Service availability and disclaimers

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or outcomes. Search platforms and algorithms are controlled by third parties and may change without notice.

You are responsible for evaluating recommendations, maintaining backups, and ensuring that your use complies with laws and platform policies applicable to your business.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Local AI and its affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected services during the period giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services or cancel a subscription under the applicable plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risks, unlawful conduct, material breach, or conduct that harms the platform or others. Provisions intended to survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits—will continue to apply.

10. General terms

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited as necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any accepted order or written agreement form the entire agreement for the services they cover. We may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
